For a short stay, it offered reasonable value, but I wouldn't opt for a longer visit due to these issues.

This place suits me perfectly with its great amenities like the heated pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how staff helped me return my forgotten earpods. I recommend enjoying the breakfast. it's fantastic! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Enjoyed three nights in a King Suite with a balcony. The Water Taxi was a fun way to explore, and the mall across the street made shopping effortless. The fitness room offered great equipment. Pro tip, check restaurant hours for a delightful meal by the canal!

We had a wonderful stay with a spacious Queen Suite that had a great view. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the food from the patio bar was delightful! However, the decor didn’t match the hotel’s photos online.

The spacious King Suite had stunning views of the waterway, perfect for chilling with my sons. The double balcony was a fantastic spot to relax while enjoying the fresh air and watching the boats pass by.

In my wife’s opinion, the housekeeping service was disappointing. A simple recommendation would be to ensure room cleaning is more consistent, especially for families who rely on fresh towels and garbage removal.

Only positive part was the water view from our suite really nice and relaxing. The young lady at the front desk was helpful and greeted us with a smile which was a small comfort on an otherwise frustrating stay.

All things considered it wasn't exactly affordable either but we made do.

During my stay, I loved being just a few blocks from the beach and right next to the Galleria Mall, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and grab a bite after my city strolls.
